Hi ladies!! Referring back to my New Years post, I’m working on “commitment” with this one! I was sent some amazing pieces from Nikki Marie Apparel a while back and had so much fun playing with them. You may remember this post showing off one of my favorite pieces from her line, the Onyx dress, but I wasn’t able to take outfit photos with the rest before they needed to get back to her. Between the holidays and then getting sick, I was disappointed that I wasn’t able to fit more in. I wanted to give her line the right amount of love in spite of those circumstances, so I put together three flat lays to display how I would wear a few other things she created! Her stuff is amazing. This adorable tulle wrap skirt was so fun and festive that it needed to be the focus of any look I built around it. I opted for a casual graphic tee (one my favs from Raygun) a simple white blazer, and classic pumps and accessories. I don’t know how I would be able to resist throwing my hair in a top knot and twirling my way from room to room in this look!
These leather leggings are just too fun. The patterned material gives them a subtle flair to compliment the velvet piping down the sides. They were comfortable and easy to wear, so I kept it casual with a pair of Tom’s, a basic white tee, and my go-to lightweight coat.
This peplum hem skirt felt just enough “office chic” for me when paired with a pinstripe button down, black heels, and a structured bag. The flattering silhouette hugged all the right places especially when I tucked my loose fitting top into the waistband.
