This summer maxi dress reminds me of my childhood favorite- Baskin Robbins Rainbow Sherbet Ice Cream. I ate it almost everyday during summer. I was a child of habit, especially when it came to what I ate. Not only didn’t I mind eating the same thing for lunch everyday, I pretty much demanded it (though it was PB&J, not ice cream.) I’ve definitely broadened my dietary horizons since then, but still have an aversion to many otherwise desirable foods (doughnuts, chocolate, burgers/hotdogs/bacon are all included.) Every once in a while I’m tempted to give these foods another shot, (have you heard how passionately people speak of bacon?) because I feel I must be missing out on some heavenly experience. I’m not. I’ve just accepted this may never change.
We are now officially in the summer season, and I enjoyed frolicking through a field in a breezy maxi dress to celebrate. In order to preserve this image, we’ll just pretend this wasn’t actually an empty overgrown lot on the somewhat grimy and extremely busy Pico Blvd. Based on the photos, hopefully you would never know! In case that country album doesn’t work out, I can always go the Indy route and use these images for the album cover art! 😉 Happy Summer! xo

Maxi dresses are so in this Summer but I’ve never seen one like yours before. I love the unusual colours and they really suit your skin tone. You look great!

Thanks so much! I can’t get enough of maxis this season!
Baskin Robins Rainbow Sherbet was my all time favorite! All of my little friends at the time went for the Bubble Gum flavor… but not this girl! 😉
