I navigate the 405 freeway and exist among Los Angeles skyscrapers nowadays, but somewhere in this girl is just a touch of country. I didn’t grow up on a farm or particularly rural area by any means, but I love country music and can certainly appreciate the simpler things from time to time. My style varies greatly based on my mood, and sometimes I find myself unconsciously putting together outfits that are a just saddle away from full blown cowgirl. I totally imagine rocking this casual, all-American vibe on the cover of my country album. (In another life…one that involves me living in the South and actually possessing musical talent 😉 ) This white dress has stood the test of time and I hang onto it summer after summer regardless of how many times I wear it (which is usually a bagillion or so times per season!)
I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend, and Monday hasn’t been too cruel to ya! I’m so looking forward to the end of this semester, but have another week of classes and finals to get through first! Good thing it’s flying by 🙂 xx
