Nothin like ripped jeans, a fresh pair or chucks, and a red lip to kick off the weekend. A version of this outfit has been my go to casual look lately as I am practically living in this military jacket that I found at Nordstrom a few weeks ago. I actually purchased a similar one in the t.b.d department before deciding to pop upstairs to look around BP when low and behold, sitting on the rack is practically the exact same jacket…for $30 less!! (You can compare the two here and here for fun) So I marched right back to the counter and exchanged them on the spot. Ha! I couldn’t be happier with the one I chose.
Jordan got me this baseball cap as part of the “welcome to UCLA” gift he put together for me shortly after we found out I got in. (Could you guess he’s an alum ;)) I would be a proud Bruin regardless, but it’s extra rewarding living so close to campus where the school pride is through the roof. Perfect strangers greet me with, “Go Bruins” on the streets and in the grocery store if I’m wearing memorabilia and I love it. I hope you all are having a fantastic weekend!
