jimmy choo + white on white

I’m alive! I made it through finals relatively unscathed. My blog however, has been shamefully neglected. The few days I had to decompress after finals (aka binge watch TV shows on Netflix) were quite nice though. As stressful as the end of the semester can be, nothing feels better than knowing you’ve done all you can do and it’s officially behind you. And what represents a fresh start better than an all white ensemble? Nothing! Except perhaps, for all white and a beautiful new pair of Jimmy Choo flats. I’m so in love with them. They are incredibly comfortable and the mesh material makes them so perfect for strolling around even in the summer heat. I’m going to have to force myself to occasionally pry them off my feet so I don’t wear them out by the end of the season!

Even though we are already heading into another one, I hope everyone had a lovely weekend and Father’s Day last weekend. Father’s Day is always pretty bittersweet for me because my dad, who deserved much more than a day of celebrating, passed away a few years ago. I try to keep busy and spent most of the day this year relaxing with J and his family. Well, aside from that stressful four hour long car buying extravaganza. In the end however, we came away with a brand new Jeep just like the ones  J had been researching inside and out for weeks 🙂 It’s so pretty! (Oops. I keep saying that, and I’m pretty sure J dies a little inside every time I do. I have to train myself to start saying it’s “manly” or “rugged” instead.) Happy Friday lovelies! xo
