EXCUSE ME! How are the holidays just around the corner? I’ve been brainstorming so much about what to get all my loved ones that I thought I might as well share my ideas while I’m at it. I rounded up some tried and true “beauty guru” favorites to create a holiday gift list any makeup artist or makeup junkie would be sure to love!

Sigma Brush “Best of Sigma” Brush Set:
A makeup novice may be a bit skeptical about the hefty price tag ($92) of this 7-brush kit, but take into consideration the quality and durability of Sigma buses, not to mention the $122 value and 2 year warranty and you might just be swayed. I love and own a few of the brushes in this set and use them every. single. day. Still not sold? Find a more affordable (but still great quality!) brush set by Real Techniques here. 🙂
As an avid Dior Mascara girl since the tender age of 13 let’s just say 16, I never thought another mascara would ever grace my lashes. Then I received a sample size of Benefit’s new mascara and instantly fell head over heels. This mascara is light weight, perfect for defining and lifting each lash, but also manages to plump up and volumize just enough. It has beauty bloggers everywhere still talking about it almost a full year after it’s buzzed about launch. Another more affordable mascara that has stood the test of time is L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara.
Birchbox Subscription Service:
Deluxe and sample size beauty products customized to your hair texture, shade preference, and skin tone delivered straight to your door once a month? I mean…need I say more? Beauty bloggers think of this as the gift that keeps giving. Not only do they get to try amazing new products, but the beloved “unboxing” videos on YouTube (where they film and talk about what they received that month) gives them a guaranteed video idea once a month! You can purchase a three, six, or twelve month subscription for the perfect holiday gift this year!
Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium Eau de Parfum:
My friend Michelle, from Minimeeshie talked about this perfume in a video and given that she and I both love sweet scents I knew I had to try this one. It is sweet, but in a mature, not overpowering way, which makes it a more universal scent than most sweet perfumes. I just have the sample size, which I plan to stretch as long as possible!
What blogger holiday gift guide would be complete without a little gold planner? Honestly though, they are lifesavers when it comes to all the dates, deadlines, and brainstorming that goes into blogging/vlogging. Plus a little metallic never hurt anyone. 🙂
Bose Noise Canceling Headphones:
There are so many headphones out there these days, but a credible source (i.e my research king of a boyfriend, J) says that when it comes to noise canceling capabilities, these babies are the best! Perfect for late night editing…or Netflix in bed.
IT Cosmetics Under Eye Concealer:
Take it from me, pesky under eye circles are a makeup lover’s nightmare. Nothing is more frustrating than carefully applying a full face of makeup, only to have your concealer wear off and give you raccoon eyes an hour into the evening. This concealer is one of the best for knocking out circles and feigning a well rested appearance.
It’s A 10 Miracle Leave-In Product:
I’ve been a fan of It’s A 10 products since beauty school, their mask is one of my all-time favorites! This product makes a nice gift though, because it’s great for everyday use which means a girl can breeze through a bottle of this in no time!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz:
Probably the number one thing I realized I should be doing when I started watching beauty videos was fill in my eyebrows. It may have led to some scary looking learning stages, but it’s worth it once you figure it out, promise! This pencil is easily the number one amongst beauty bloggers.
YES there is a reason people are still talking about this. It’s that good. It also makes the perfect gift because you don’t have to worry about whether she already has one or not, even if she does, she will 100% appreciate another one!
Urban Decay Naked Smokey Palette:
Honestly this goes for any of the Naked palettes, but the Naked Smokey is the newest so chances are higher she doesn’t already have it. I gave my mom the Naked 2 palette for Christmas last year and she’s gotten so much wear out of it, I may just get it for her again this year! (Just kidding, Mom I know you’re reading this. Yes, I know you don’t need another one.)
Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in “Champagne Pop”:
This makes a particularly fun gift because it is limited edition. Becca collaborated with one of YouTube’s favorite makeup artist’s, Jaclyn Hill to create the most gorgeous, dramatic highlight that truly flatters every skin tone. I pretty much bathed all my girlfriends in it during my recent trip to Mexico.
