I don’t mean to alarm anyone, but I’m completely, utterly, 100% head over heels in love. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would feel this level of affection for a pair of sweatpants, but they are simply the best sweatpants ever. In all fairness I should clarify; these are the best sweats ever (significantly) under $100. When Harper, the youngest of the three little ones I babysit, was born she was gifted the most delectable cashmere sweater set. I would always put her in it just so I could feel how soft and luxurious it was, and drool with envy. I wish I could say that was the only time I’ve ever been jealous of an infant. (Her brother’s eyelashes are a pair for the record books, folks.) To alleviate my feelings of loungewear inadequacy, I looked into purchasing a similar set for myself. I quickly realized I would most certainly not be owning my own matching cashmere set anytime soon. If you have to choose between groceries and cashmere loungewear the answer is always cashmere loungewear…this is not a fair test.
In comes William B to save the day. Jordan and I walked up to San Vicente for brunch last weekend and passed the William B store. I popped in and immediately laid my eyes on these beauties. The loungewear set of my dreams with a price tag I could proudly say out loud! I scooped them up in seconds and it’s been a whirlwind romance since. Honestly, they’re the softest things ever and while they aren’t cashmere, I would never even know the difference. Not to mention, William B was having a 30% off sale so I got them for under $40! I opted against the matching hoodie because it didn’t look like the best quality. I had a sneaking suspicion that it would shrink and lose it’s shape after only a few washes. I sized up in the pants to ensure they stay loose and cozy for all of eternity. 🙂 I know they’re still in store, but I can’t find the exact pair online so I’ve linked a bunch of similar pairs below. Ok Fall, I’m finally ready for ya!
