Most of you probably know that I started an ITSF YouTube channel (I introduced it here and talked about it here and here!) Just as I experienced with Wordpress and the blog, I’ve already learned so much about the process in a pretty short time. I’ve really enjoyed familiarizing myself with filming, editing, and the entire YouTube community. I finally filmed and posted a fashion video! It’s not a revolutionary concept as it’s definitely been done before, but it’s brand new territory for me! 🙂 I’m sharing some of the most recent items I’ve added to my closet/cosmetics collection. Let me know if you are enjoying these videos or have something in particular you would like to see, I’d love to hear from you!
On another note, J and I took a road trip up to the Bay Area for one of my best friends’ weddings last weekend. Being included in all the pre-wedding festivities and so intimately involved in her big day made my experience as a bridesmaid such a special and memorable one. I’ve known Dayna, the bride, since kindergarten…KINDERGARTEN! We have remained close over the years, despite sometimes going months without talking and living over 300 miles apart since I moved to LA. However, none of this has gotten in the way of us remaining friends, especially when one of us needs a little support (to get through everything from an untimely breakout to the loss of a parent.) We have shared more silly moments than I could ever count, but standing by her as she went from a Miss to a Mrs., quickly took the cake. Although our bagillion sleepovers, the time she let me she bleach the crap out of her hair while I was still in cosmetology school, and the photo shoots we would set up in the bushes on the side of her house are all up there as well 🙂 Here are some snapshots from the weekend!
The beautiful bride and groom.
The entire bridal party. Seriously, how gorgeous was my bridesmaid’s dress and bouquet?!
My handsome date and I 🙂
Escorting the bride’s brother down the isle.
A beautiful sunset on our drive back to LA.
I’m sitting here at the rental house in Italy enjoying the view, drinking coffee and reading my email when your blog pops up. You look beautiful and I am so enjoying the photos from the wedding!! I went on youtube and watched your videos and they are so adorable and I laughed so hard at the one in which Mika jumps in front of the camera! Great job on the youtube posts!! Thank you for making my day a little brighter with your charming and delightful videos. Keep them coming! Miss you guys and hope that we can all come back here together next year!
Love you,
Louise
