I know boyfriend jeans are not a novel concept to anyone anymore, but I’ve on the hunt for the perfect pair for what feels like forever now! I have a pair that I call my “boyfriend” jeans, but they were really my “oops I gained 15lbs and now none of my jeans fit right” jeans. I still wear them from time to time but if they were boyfriend jeans then, they are clown jeans now. J calls them my Tom Sawyer pants, just to give you an idea. Clearly I need a new pair and since I plan on living in them I want to find the perfect ones, so I’ve been scouring Pinterest for inspiration. In the meantime, I’ve been toying with the idea of giving my current pair a little DIY love and seeing if I can’t make them acceptable enough to wear in public. I have distressed jeans myself before seen here, and will probably give that a whirl again. I also want to try bleaching them out to see if I can’t give the wash an update. I will write a post if it goes well! If it doesn’t, I will never speak of this again.
I’m happy to finally be able to announce that ITSF is getting quite the little makeover, as we speak! I’m just putting the finishing touches on the new site, complete with the domain name I have been battling for over the last few months. It’s all finally happening and I’m excited to be kicking off the new site with a GIVEAWAY, so look out for that next week!
