We met up with some friends for brunch at the restaurant at the Getty Museum a few weeks ago. The Getty is one of those forgotten gems that locals only seem to visit when guests are in town. After a battle to find a parking spot in the garage, we discovered there was a thirty minute wait for the shuttle that takes you to the actual property. We decided to just walk up, which ended up only taking about 15 minutes and was actually quite lovely. (And that is really saying something considering I was wearing high heeled booties!) Might I add that they are my favorite booties of all time? They’re from Urban Outfitters and have held up SO nicely even though I practically live in them year around!
I’ve been quite the road trip queen lately, so I’m looking forward to a relaxing weekend at home this weekend. Then I head back out to Palm Springs next week for a bachelorette party. You’re crying for me, I know. #firstworldproblems. 😉
